Maktoob in news deal

The Arabic IT News Portal (aitnews.com) has signed today a content provision agreement with Maktoob Group, the owner of Maktoob.com, one of the most popular websites in the Arab world.

As per the agreement, Maktoob Group will have the right to use the IT newsy content produced by Aitnews.com and publish it on its new news website: news.maktoob.com.

Speaking on this occasion, Ahmed Abd Al Qadir, General Manager of Aitnews.com, said: "This partnership highlights the importance of our portal as a dedicated IT Arabic news source. No doubt, having such a significant partner like Maktoob- which enjoys a great popularity all over the Arab region- will greatly motivate us to better the quality and quantity of our specialized content".

The content of Aitnews.com covers all aspects of ICT news: computer, internet, mobile phones, networks, data security, digital cameras, software, PC peripherals, electronic games, open source applications, mp3 players and more. Besides, the website professionally reports all events and activities that have to do with IT, as well as publishing IT studies and researches.
