Emcor lands Qatar contract

Emcor Facilities Services has secured a four-year facilities management partnership contract for five sports venues in Qatar. The client is the Qatar National Olympic Committee (QNOC), and the contract involves providing fully integrated FM services for Al Sadd SC, Qatar SC, Al Rayaan SC, Al Ghwafa SC and Al Arabi SC in Doha.
The services include stadium and sports facilities maintenance, cleaning, security, grounds maintenance, health and safety and event management.
EMCOR will also provide the latest technology for integrated system solutions to create a Central Command & Control Centre, which will be located within the QNOC headquarters building in the capital of Doha to monitor and control all facilities and systems.
