Ajman Marina project set for traffic study

Saudi Arabia-based Tanmiyat Group has appointed Transport Hi-Tech Consultants (THTC) to conduct a traffic impact study on its Ajman Marina project.
The project, to be built in a 48,562 m2 swathe of land near the Ajman Kempinski Hotel, will be the largest development in the area.
It will comprise residential towers, a yacht club and a number of hotels, restaurants and offices.
Tanmiyat Group appointed Dubai-based THTC in a bid to ensure minimal impact in terms of traffic congestion and overcrowding, both in Ajman Marina and the rest of the emirate.
"Tanmiyat is determined that everything possible is done to prevent any problems, which may detract from what is to be Ajman's most desirable tourist, residential and commercial development," said Abdulla Bin Abdul Aziz Al Majed, vice president of Tanmiyat Group.
"We are tying up all the big names when it comes to development, so as to be sure that the project is executed to the highest standards across the globe."
Earlier this month, Tanmiyat Group awarded the design contract for Ajman Marina development project to HOK.
