The residential tower will occupy a strategic waterfront location on the extension of Dubai's historic Creek in the Business Bay Development, which is accessible from the Sheikh Zayed Road between the first and second interchange with direct access to the largest shopping mall in the world, Dubai Mall. The project is set for completion in the 4th quarter of 2009. The building was designed by James Law, Chief Cybertect and Chairman of James Law Cybertecture International, a global consultancy based in Hong Kong and specialising in the design and strategy formation of Cybertecture projects around the world.

The innovatively designed 24-storey freehold residential tower integrates a plethora of technological features that will expand the boundaries of the home and make the entire building a reactive living space.
