Tanmiyat to join global exhibits

Tanmiyat Group will extend its participation in the global Cityscape exhibitions as a Platinum Sponsor at Cityscape China, which was held in Shanghai from May 24 to 26.

Tanmiyat's established presence and reputation in the Middle East, along with its successful introduction of several key developments at Cityscape Asia in Singapore earlier this year, have laid solid foundations for the group's continued expansion throughout Southeast Asia and the Far East, where Tanmiyat's vision is expected to be received with equal enthusiasm.

With an ever growing economy as well as increasing demand for urbanisation and quality housing, the Chinese real estate market offers international players in the real estate field a variety of opportunities for investment.

Tanmiyat Group's participation in Cityscape China will once again see the group promoting such prestigious developments as the Living Legends project, the Commercial Heights - specifically the Forum and the Court Towers. Alongside these, the group will be introducing the much anticipated Ajman Marina project. Ajman, which runs along a 16 kilometre stretch of coast on the Arabian Gulf, is best known for its magnificent dhow building yard - the UAE's largest. However, the emirate has also enjoyed tremendous growth in other areas. Ajman is becoming increasingly attractive as a tourist, residential and commercial centre, capable of holding its own among the rest of the region's popular destinations.
