by ArabianBusiness.com staff writer  on Tuesday, 31 October 2006

A recent international marketing campaign is already paying dividends for Ras Al Khaimah Free Trade Zone (RAK FTZ). The number of international companies registering at the trade zone more than doubled during September, with investors from Iran, Germany, Turkey and Jordan confirming deals. “The number of companies registered at the zone by the end of this year is expected to surpass the target and go beyond the zone’s plan” said Oussama El Omari, chief executive officer at RAK FTZ.
