Hircon aims high

Hircon International LLC, a joint venture between the Hiranandani group and ETA Star properties, has started construction work on 23 Marina, the 90-storey residential tower at Dubai Marina.Upon completion, 23 Marina will be one of the world's tallest residential buildings.

Each duplex apartment will have a private plunge pool with Jacuzzi and an internal elevator.
