UP contract for Nasa multiplex

Nasa Multiplex has taken the US $256 million (AED940 million) lump sum contract for the construction of a 38-storey tower at Motor City in Dubai.
The development is owned by Dubai-based developer Union Properties (UP) and the project manager is UP subsidiary, Edara.
Edara spokesperson, Magdi el Zogby, said: “The contract has been awarded to Nasa Multiplex and construction is expected to start around 23rd of this month [October].
The time for completion hasn’t been finalised as yet.”
Nasa Multiplex is also developing 15 residential towers for phases one, two and three of the Burj Residences project, as well as six residential towers in Dubai Marina.
