Aptec has extended its in-country presence in the Middle East to Lebanon, opening its first facility in that country.

Aptec Lebanon will now be charged with bringing to that country, the strength of business that it has already generated throughout Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the Gulf.

“We believe that our partners deserve much more than remote free-zone warehousing facilities, thus our branches are aimed at providing local partners with added value services,” said Essam Baghdadi, vice president of Aptec.

Meanwhile, in the Gulf, Aptec introduced its “PAP” (Partner Advantage Programme), a programme designed by Aptec as a means of getting at the latest channel information on the distributor and the vendors with which it works. PAP will be updated on daily basis by Aptec product managers, as well as the marketing and IT department.

Partners can access this information through the Aptec Group’s recently launched Web site www.apteconline.com, by selecting “Gulf” from the worldwide company listing.

Access to reseller information is secured with a login name and password, so that all information such as special promotions and activities is accessed by PAP members only.
