European generating sets manufacturer, Himoinsa, has launched the new management controllers CE6 for any type of generator.
It has developed a new series of controllers for generators, which offer great technological advantages, and simplifies its use at the same time. This innovation has been developed within the CE6 Project where Himoinsa planned these controllers to increase the productive capacity, improve the relative quality-performance and also speed up the implementation of new additional technologies.
The new controllers use the protocol of communication known as CAN/BUS. It consists of programmable inputs and outputs (analog & digital), power measure and also a visualisation module composed by a display, push buttons and leds. The new design offers great possibilities of extension given the fact that its structure permits the easy incorporation of different elements, which are necessary for the customized application requirement.
According to the company, there is a whole range of products including CAN/J1939, programming timer, telesignal, CAN/USB, modem/GPRS, additional visualization display and also CAN / LAN. In short, elements that permit to follow up and develop the different functions of the controllers: remote application, productive maintenance, anti-theft function or global positioning of generators. The power measures offer effective values. They also have methods of protection against the wrong ‘phase sequence' connection. New controllers also have a ‘history record' for breakdowns and alarms.
