BMW Group Middle East's second annual MINI Film Festival will accept entries until November 1, 2007.
With the theme "INCREDIBLY", entrants are asked to create original short films of up to 15 minutes duration, with submissions in DVD, DV or VHS format.
"We received 55 high-calibre entries last year, from filmmakers across the entire Middle East region including Iran, India, and Pakistan," commented Raymon Gedeon, brand manager for MIN, BMW Group Middle East. "This is an opportunity for people to come up with exceptional views of life in the Middle East to share with the world."
Judging will be based on creativity, originality, script, editing and production. All films must abide by Islamic and local customs with no nudity or political content. The winner of the competition will receive an Apple Mac Pro with a 30" Cinema Display screen and a copy of Final Cut Studio 5.1.
