Abu Dhabi-based oilfield services provider, AlMansoori Specialized Engineering, has bought Target Energy Group, headquartered in Aberdeen, UK.
The acquisition sees AlMansoori take complete ownership of the Target Energy, allowing it to offer all of Target's products and services, including specialised directional drilling services.
"The Target acquisition complements AlMansoori's wide range of service offerings in the region," said Ibrahim Al-Alawi, AlMansoori's business development manager.
"Target is very much a technology-driven company, whose directional drilling services are in high demand."
