The continuing growth of the Middle East's enterprise and SOA (Service Orientated Architecture) markets has given BEA and its master distributor, eSolutions, reason to expand their operations.
"A recent IDC study says that the market has been growing at a rate of 25% and this is expected to continue over the next four years," says Peter Cook, general manager for BEA Middle East and North Africa. "We are gearing up to support and grow our business. Our perception of the market is strong and as economies are growing at a macro level, it is clear that well positioned organisations, such as BEA, can take advantage of it."
Cook is convinced BEA has the jump on its competitors because of the firm's ability to provide complete solutions.
"Our competitors are able to provide smaller chunks of a solution but BEA is able to provide a complete end-to-end solution. We feel that this gives us a significant advantage over our competitors," explains Cook.
