U-Bora services contract awarded

Sensaire Services has won a US $32.67 million (AED120 million) contract for work on the U-Bora Towers development.

Under the contract, the firm will install MEP services for the project in Business Bay, Dubai. Sensaire has mobilised on site and is currently undertaking sub-structure drainage works.

U-Bora Tower is a mixed-use development comprising of a 56-storey commercial tower and a 16-storey residential tower, plus 7,000m2 of retail space. The project developer is South Korean firm Bando Engineering and Construction.

The MEP contract value is around US $50 Million (US Dollars Fifty Million) and not US $32.67 as published. Please publish this as a correction in the next issue.
