Eskadenia nets double telco deal

Software firm Eskadenia has won a pair of deals from telecom operators in the region.
Jordanian mobile operator Umniah has selected Eskadenia to develop and deploy a web-based content delivery platform to assist it in the management of content including text, ring tones and videos.
The content tool will help the operator in making accessible a wide range of infotainment and content services to its subscribers, said a representative at Umniah.
Meanwhile, Iraqi cellular operator SanaTel has contracted Eskadenia to supply it with a web-based tool to facilitate the management of its transactions between the carrier with which it has interconnection agreements.
The value of the deals was not disclosed.
