CB Richard Ellis named 33rd fastest growing company

Global real estate advisory CB Richard Ellis Group has been named the 33rd fastest growing company in the US, in Fortune magazine's top 100 list 2007.

The magazine identified the top 100 fastest growing companies in 2007 based on a composite of three-year revenue, earnings per share growth and total return to shareholders.

Nicholas Maclean, managing director, CB Richard Ellis Middle East, said the company expected its current UAE team to double in size during 2008 with existing business lines expanding and new business lines becoming operational in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

The firm will also open new offices in the region over the next few months.

"We are very fortunate to be included in some of the region's most exciting real estate development schemes and this activity in itself is generating substantial new business," he said.
