A new addition to the FM industry

ASpro Total Property Management is a new addition to the Middle East's expanding facilities management sector.

A joint venture between Al Shafar General Contracting LLC and Profile Investments, the company was initially formed to service internal operations and contracts.

"The focus has been primarily internal FM consultancy with particular emphasis on lifecycle costing, sustainable developments, energy conservation, emissions control and carbon footprints," explains ASpro's general manager, Stuart Thomas.

However, an expansion strategy is planned for other parts of the Middle East.

"Naturally, ASpro has extensive and ambitious expansion plans, both in products and services offered, but also geographical locations. However, none of these plans will ever be to the detriment of service levels and customer satisfaction," added Thomas.

Preference for sub-contracted work will be given to the company's shareholder's companies. But due to the company's desires to offer whatever service the client requires, Thomas admits that sub-contracting is inevitable.
