Major UAE-based developer, Nakheel, has launched Al Furjan-a new family-oriented community development.
Combining four different communities-each with its own village centre-the development will feature three, five and six-bedroom villas, and terraced homes, designed to allow families to intermingle.
Residents will have the option of either a local architectural style (Dubai), or a fusion of Islamic and Mediterranean architecture (Quortaj).
