Cargolux is to introduce a twice a week service to Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam via Dubai starting from 29th October this year.
The first service will be operated every Monday evening from Luxemburg into Dubai, before arriving at Ho Chi Minh City on Tuesday evening. This route will return through Bangkok, arriving back in Luxemburg on Wednesday morning.
The second service will operate from Luxembourg on Friday evenings via Damman in Saudi Arabia, with arrival to the Vietnamese destination on Saturday afternoons. The return flight calls at Sharjah and Hong Kong, before arriving on Sunday morning in Luxembourg.
Both flights offer connections to Cargolux's worldwide network, with the routes expecting to deliver general cargo, consumer goods and spare parts. From Vietnam, Cargolux will reportedly carry garments, footwear, handicraft and electronics to Europe, with seafood, fruit and vegetables for Asian destinations.
