Aussie firm plans $899mn twin Dubai towers

Australian developer Sunland Group plans to build a A$1 billion ($899 million) real estate project in Dubai, the company said on Wednesday.
The project will be located on Nakheel’s Dubai Waterfront development and include the construction of twin residential towers, serviced apartments and a retail complex.
Construction is expected to begin in the second half of next year, with the project scheduled for completion in 2013.
The firm’s latest project brings its total development portfolio in Dubai to around A$4 billion.
