Deadline is imminent for CW award nominations

There are just over two weeks left to get your entries in for the 2007 Construction Week Awards.

The awards will recognise outstanding performance in 13 key areas of the construction industry in the Middle East.

Among the categories are: Supreme Judges Award; Contractor of the Year; Developer of the Year; Major Project of the Year; Medium Project of the Year; Small Project of the Year; Project of the Year; Tower Project of the Year; Health & Safety Award; MEP Contractor of the Year; Research and Development Innovation Award; Specialist Contract of the Year and FM Contractor of the Year.

The awards will be judged by a high-profile panel of construction industry experts and the winners will be rewarded at an elaborate gala dinner at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel on Monday 26 November.

The event will be attended by senior executives and personalities from the regional construction industry and high-profile special guests.

Among the winners last year were Al Futtaim Carillion (Health & Safety Award); Wade Adams (Research and Development Innovation Award); ALEC (Contractor of the Year); Emaar Properties (Developer of the Year); Dutco Balfour Beatty (Medium Project of the Year for the Dubai Creek Extension project), Atkins (Small Project of the Year) and Nasa Multiplex (Tower Project of the Year).
