Al Ain to build new mosque

Property developer ALDAR has been appointed by the Al Ain municipality to design and supervise the redevelopment of a 3,860 capacity mosque in the city's town centre.
The mosque, which will be named the Sheikha Salama Mosque, is expected to be completed in 2009.
The new mosque has been designed by architect Jafar Tukan.
