Khalid Esbaitah, CEO at Al Mazaya, said the project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2008, and is attracting heavyweight industrial firms, importers and exporters.

Al Mazaya intends to gain a global reach with the model, and has registered the trademark as an exclusive brand for Al Mazaya. The firm has purchased land in Bahrain for the building of another construction materials city, and is preparing to take the concept to Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Jordan.
