Al Mazaya awarded โ7 Zones'
Property firm Al Mazaya Holding has signed a US$7m contract with Al Mulla Group for the supply, installation and maintenance of electrical mechanical parts and equipment in its โ7 Zones' project.
The 22,000 sq m โ7 Zones' project is a construction materials city, located in the Shuwaikh Industrial Area in Kuwait.
Khalid Esbaitah, CEO at Al Mazaya, said the project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2008, and is attracting heavyweight industrial firms, importers and exporters.
Al Mazaya intends to gain a global reach with the model, and has registered the trademark as an exclusive brand for Al Mazaya. The firm has purchased land in Bahrain for the building of another construction materials city, and is preparing to take the concept to Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Jordan.
Silver Tower Sold out
Real estate developer Tameer Holding has sold all 260 office units in the Dubai Business Bay Silver Tower, two weeks after sales were launched.
Abdallah Hageali, CEO at Tameer, said the developer is the first of 500 other commercial and residential towers at Dubai Business Bay to be completely sold out.
