LG electronics win a cool new contract

LG Electronics has won a US $1.4 million (AED 5.5 million) contract to cool 815 bus shelters in Dubai.

Expected to be completed by the end of this year, the project will provide cooling through ceiling-concealed duct air conditioners.

The contract involves the supply, installation and maintenance of air conditioners to all the shelters on a turnkey basis.
