Xerox Emirates promotes printing solutions

Xerox Emirates has appointed SADCO (Science & Development Co.) to help it promote its Xerox/Aycan solution to the healthcare sector. SADCO has been involved with selling medical products for the last 15 years across the Middle East and will sell the Xerox Aycan solution across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Egypt.
In conjunction with its business partner, Aycan, a provider in plain paper imaging solutions for radiology, Xerox is bundling the Aycan X-ray print solution with the Xerox colour multifunction solution. This bundle allows healthcare providers to print radiological and other medical images on plain paper at high levels of quality, saving them money.
"We are very pleased to partner with SADCO in providing the Middle East healthcare sector with this innovative document management solution," says Andrew Hurt, general manager, Xerox Emirates.
We look forward to working closely with SADCO to utilize their strong presence in the healthcare sector to provide the industry with relevant solutions that help cut costs and enhance their workflow and operational standards."
According to Xerox, for every hour of skilled nursing care, nursing staff spend 30 minutes managing documents - and more than 90% of a medical centre's communications is in the form of documents.
