Stromek Emirates Foundation wins Champions Tower piling contract

Stromek Emirates Foundation (SEF), a subsidiary of M'sharie, the private equity arm of Dubai Investments, has been awarded the shoring and excavation contract for Memon Investments' US $23 million (AED 85 million) Champions Tower II project in Dubai Sports City.
The company is also handling the foundation work for Champions Tower III.
The contract for the main construction is currently under tender.
"The expertise that Stromek Emirates Foundation has exhibited across all their completed projects has caught our attention, which is why we felt no hesitation in giving them this project.," said Ahmed Shaikhani, Managing Director, Memon Investments.
"We are positive that they will adhere to the same standard we uphold in all our previous developments, as their dedication and top-notch work is truly remarkable."
Champions Tower II is a 13-storey tower with a total built-up area of 218,000 square feet.
