Al Dhafra win tower deal

Al Dhafra Pipeline & Contracting Company has been awarded the enabling works contract for Tanmiyat Group's The Exchange Tower in Business Bay.

The five-month contract includes shoring, piling and excavation work.

The consultant on the project is Al Bayaty Architects, while the project manager is Tanmiyat Project Management Company.

The Exchange is one of three towers that make up Tanmiyat's Commercial Heights development.

"The current demand for superior quality commercial property has served as our inspiration for this project, as it aligns perfectly with our vision for the creation of superlative quality developments that cater to the needs of the communities in which they are built," said Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz Al Majed, vice president, Tanmiyat Group.

"We look forward to seeing our hard work, attention to detail and commitment to delivery of the highest standards materialise in the form of the Commercial Heights towers."

Tanmiyat is also behind the Living Legends project in Dubailand and Ajman Marina, which was launched earlier this year.
