M’Sharie teams up

M'Sharie, the wholly-owned private equity arm of Dubai Investments PJSC, has formed a joint venture with the UAE's Al Arif Contracting Company.

M'Sharie said the deal would help boost the company's presence.

"We are pleased to play a pivotal role in this booming construction scenario as several of the companies in our portfolio are in the construction line," said Abdul Aziz Bin Yaqoob Al Serkal, managing director of M'Sharie.
