RAKAA Properties, the real estate development subsidiary of Saudi-based RAKAA Holding, has announced the opening of a new office in Dubai, its second branch following its Abu Dhabi office.

This follows a successful participation in Cityscape Dubai 2007, where the company unveiled three major projects outside the KSA, including Marina Tulip Tower, the Dynasty Tower and the Falcon Crest Tower to be launched on Reem Island.

The new office will be designated to work side by side with Abu Dhabi office for the coordination and management of the company current and future projects and businesses, which include investment, alliances, deals and other property related businesses.
