Elemis makes time for men

British spa and skincare brand Elemis has added two new products to its three-phase Time for Men product range.

Time Defence Wrinkle Delay is designed with adaptogenic technology to deliver the dual action of helping prevent water loss while stimulating the skin's natural irrigation system, chanelling moisture between skin cells to where it is most needed and protecting skin against damaging external pollutants.

The result is a smooth matt finish with the appearance of wrinkles visibly reduced.

Active ingredients include the adaptogenic extract pomegranate - a key anti-ageing ingredient - zinc crystal, bamboo, exotic oils and hydroxyproline, which is created by bonding fatty acids with amino acids to help strengthen the skin's structure.

The second new product, Time Defence Eye Reviver, has been developed to help support skin elasticity and protect against free-radical damage in order to help tighten and hydrate the eye area.

Again, adaptogenic technology restores moisture where it is needed most, resulting in a brighter, firmer eye area.

It is packed with red ginseng - an adaptogen that fights against environmental aggressions -pomegranate, hydroxyproline, amino acids and acacia.

The Time for Men range now includes 10 products created to cleanse, shave, protect and defend against ageing.

Balancing act from Wild Earth products

New to the Wild Earth range of products is a range of Tibetan Hot springs soaps and essential oils designed to restore balance to the mind and body.

Ancient Tibetan and Ayurveda philosophies teach that three basic energies - the tridoshas - exost in everything in the universe and influence all mental and physical processes. Individuals are all born with a particular balance of these doshas, but often the predominant dosha overwhelms us and we feel stress.

Wild Earth now offers Juniper-based products to balance the Kapha (earth/water) dosha; spikenard-based products to work on the Vata (air) dosha; and cedarwood products for balancing the Pitta (fire) dosha.

One of the new products in the range is Cedarwood Massage Oil, which is good for sensitive skin and helps to keep the body and mind cool and free of heat irritations.

Wild Earth recommends pressure point massage using this oil to maintain healthy harmony in body, mind and spirit through all the seasons.
