City 7 builds new sets at HQ

Dubai's City 7 will continue to expand its locally produced content this month, following on from the launch of seven new shows in November.
A further five programmes will begin this month. All of this is being produced in-house at the station's Dubai Media City headquarters.
"The available studio space and time has been completely utilised by these new productions," said Abbas Ali, associate head of in-house programming. "Three new sets have been built at the facility to accommodate the new productions. The current studio space and equipment are now working at full capacity." The programmes launched in November added three-and-a-half hours to the channel's original programming per day. The releases over the course of December will further increase this.
Ron Kapadia, COO and executive director of City 7 TV said, "We are continuously striving to develop local interactive programming for our English-speaking viewers."
