Injazat lands ADPC contract

Abu Dhabi Ports Company (ADPC) has announced that it has selected IT outsourcing specialist and services provider Injazat Data systems to provide information technology solutions and services under a three-year IT Services Agreement.

Injazat will provide ADPC with a wide array of systems including administration of IT infrastructure security, telecommunications, IT telephony, Blackberry infrastructure administration and networking.

"Injazat is a leading IT company in the UAE and we are pleased to select them to be our IT partner," said Ahmed Al Calily, CEO and managing director of ADPC.

Injazat's CEO, Ibrahim Mohamed Lari, expressed confidence in his firm's ability to provide continuous end user support and IT services to ADPC: "Our strategic partnership with ADPC enables us to demonstrate our credentials as well as our commitment to delivering successful and extensive IT services to ADPC."

Abu Dhabi Ports Company is currently developing the multi-billion dollar Khalifa Port and Industrial Zone (KPIZ) project located in Taweelah between Abu Dhabi and Dubai, and has recently signed a $1.5 billion contract with an international consortium for dredging and reclamation works for the development.
