Daman selects Primavera for project management

Daman Investments will use Primavera contract management solutions to manage its latest development project in Dubai.

The company has purchased ten licences for Primavera Contract Manager V11 from systems integrator CMCS, and will use the solution to manage the construction of its imaginatively-named ‘The Buildings' development in Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

Primavera Contract Manager provides a real-time, collaborative platform to enable developers to manage different aspects of projects such as keeping track of requests for quotes, notices and design changes.

Munjid Al Alami, project manager for the Buildings at Daman said: "We chose CMCS for its proven track record in delivering robust technologies, expertise and strong local customer support. We are certain that CMCS will prove itself to be a valuable solutions provider to our project. With Primavera Contract Manager, we are certain that our team will have an effective system to track progress and overcome challenges as we move forward."
