Pursuit Offshore 285

The OS 285 is a sport fishing boat packed with technological advancements in construction, design and production, incorporated to increase the level of comfort and style without sacrificing its superb quality. The all-new design features an innovative flush deck, which provides exceptional room in the bridge deck and cabin areas.

The bow pulpit is molded-in, and contains a recessed horn, bow cleats and fasteners, eliminating all visible obstructions to provide clean styling to the deck and gunwale areas.

A new windshield design features curved-glass corners, to improve visibility on all sides, protecting a large area for flush mounting electronics. The pilot drives from Pursuit's adjustable deluxe helm and companion seats, which can swivel 180 degrees, move fore and aft, and feature cushioned armrests.

Entry to the cabin is through a central sliding companionway door, providing easy access without compromising privacy and safety. The larger interior space, a result of the flush deck design, features a V-berth that comfortably sleeps two, as well as a spacious aft berth. The cabin is complete with a full galley with circular sink, curved Corian countertop, single burner stove, refrigerator and microwave, and has a custom teak table for dining. The stand-up head compartment is spacious and roomy, with a sink, macerated head and shower.

Pursuit has taken advantage of all the available space with smart choices for storage port and starboard above the berth and seating, as well as a hanging locker and galley storage.

Fishing enthusiasts will make good use of the insulated cooler and 120-litre circulating livewell, both under the cockpit seats. A combination of tackle drawers, trays and cubbies hold everything from hooks to teasers, four rod holders are set in the gunnels and extra rod storage is provided in the forward berth. The transom offers a cutting board, tool/rig holder and a freshwater sink, with the molded-in transom seat covering an insulated fishbox/cooler compartment.
