What is your favourite business destination and why?

I would say that Dubai is one of my favourite places to do business in because here we have all the necessities. We have very good links to everywhere so for that reason I would consider Dubai as a very good business hub.

What is your favourite holiday destination and why?

At the moment I love Africa. It's a very natural, relaxing place with very friendly people. It is a spectacular destination of total discovery combined with excellent culture and food.

Do you go there often?

I go there pretty regularly. I tend to have several short trips a year.

Where do you stay when you go there?

I have a few favourite places in Africa, but Zanzibar, Namibia and South Africa are the places I really love to go to.

What makes a destination enjoyable for you?

For me a destination has to have the aspect of seeing and discovering something new. If it's only a short visit or a few days then convenience is a must as I don't like to waste any time while I'm there.

Are you a big fan of flying?

Flying for me is a way of getting from A to B. Of course it can be a more enjoyable experience, depending on who you fly with, or which airport you're going to, but for me flying is all about waiting. You wait for check-in, take off, landing, passport control and you wait for luggage.

Is there any city/country you haven't yet been but would love to visit?

I haven't been to South America and that's somewhere I would love to go and now that Emirates are doing direct flights from Dubai to San Paulo I think I will get the chance to go soon.
