Following the inauguration of its signature golf course The Els Club on January 28, Dubai Sports City (DSC) has unveiled its exclusive golf course villa community.
Victory Heights is the first residential golf estate in the UAE offering 935 villas and townhouses set in and around the Ernie Els-designed 18-hole golf course.
It will feature local and international schools, mosques, retails and community facilities, bike paths and walkways, plus easy access to the sports and leisure facilities that make up DSC.
Run by Victory Heights Golf Residential and Development LLC, the estate is a joint venture between Bahrain-based investment bank Arcapita and Dubai Sports City.
Yasser Abdulla Al Raee, general manager, Victory Heights, said: "Potential investors can now experience the quality and the meticulous detail that has gone into choosing only the best available fittings and features."
The show villas and onsite sales centre are now open at DSC.
