We have digital technology and consulting services that few companies can match, and our integrated imaging and IT solutions are helping healthcare facilities in the Middle East and all over the world realise the benefits of an all-digital workflow."

Amongst the products on show were digital capture systems. Carestream Health has revamped its Kodak Directview CR platform to further enhance image quality and increase ease of use.

In addition, the company introduced two new single-cassette computed radiography systems: the Kodak Directview Classic and Elite CR Systems.

For bedside imaging, Carestream Health has introduced the Kodak Point-of-Care CR-ITX 560 System, a portable x-ray/CR system.

The Carestream RIS/PACS has been enhanced with new streaming capabilities, workflow grid technology and enhancements to embedded clinical applications such as native 3D, image fusion, orthopaedic templating and cardiac analysis.

The company has also launched an RIS/PACS imaging centre solution that includes onsite and offsite storage options and workflow optimisation services.

Another development is the worldwide availability of the Kodak Carestream Digital Dashboard, which supports monitoring of Carestream RIS/PACS and information management solutions.

Carestream Health also demonstrated its expanding digital mammography portfolio, including new CR software that enhances the exchange of image information with other digital mammography and RIS/PACS systems.

Two new additions to the company's laser imaging systems line were also demonstrated, the Kodak Dryview 6800 Laser Imager and the new table-top Kodak Dryview 5800 Laser Imager.
