Hyatt Hotels and Resorts has upgraded meetings facilities at several European properties in an attempt to attract Middle East business travellers.
"More and more travellers from the region are working on an international level and are looking for convenient meeting facilities with exceptional service," said Thierry Bertin, area director of marketing - Middle East, Hyatt International Hotels and Resorts.
Amongst the new services introduced is the Park Hyatt Zurich's healthy meetings concept and special low-sugar menu for delegates in partnership with food engineer Marianne Botta Diener.
"Hyatt hotels have been known to be situated in great locations and provide clients with unmatched meeting amenities. With new features being introduced, we are expecting more professionals from the Middle East to take advantage of our first-rate facilities," said Bertin.
Other properties aiming to entice Middle East travellers are the Park Hyatt Hamburg, which provides luxury, high-tech meetings facilities; the Grand Hyatt Berlin, which is aiming to create a more atmospheric conference and event environment with its extraordinary lights concept; and the 268-room Hyatt Regency Mainz, offering 800 square meters of meetings space and catering to up to 650 guests.
