The owner and creator of the world's fastest stretch limousine has been ordered by Ferrari to remove all logos and badges of the Italian car maker.
Briton Dan Cawley has been told by Ferrari lawyers that adding a 3-metre section of carbon fibre to stretch the car to a length of 6 metres infringes the company's trademark.
The car, a stretched Ferrari Modena, and is still capable of travelling at up to 265 kph.
Lawyers have given Mr. Cawley two weeks to comply with the terms of its trademark case, stating that the car is no longer a Ferrari.
