Systems integrator CNS has cemented its relationship with Cisco by reaching the pinnacle of the vendor's Resale Channel Programme. In receiving Gold certification, CNS says it has proved its mettle in the regions of networking, service, support and customer satisfaction.

"The Cisco Gold Certification has reinforced our commitment to continuous improvement in providing excellent pre-sales advice, after-sales support and professional customer service," said Tony Alam, managing director at the integrator. "This also reflects our superior networking capabilities and high customer satisfaction levels and reiterates our position as one of the UAE's leading IT solutions specialists."

Edison Peres, VP and chief go-to-market officer at Cisco says the Resale Channel Programme is a prime example of Cisco's two-way-street approach to its partners. "We are committed to providing the tools, training and programmes that help drive partner growth, differentiation and profitability," he said.

"With specialisations in Unified Communications, Routing and Switching, Security, and Wireless LAN, CNS has made an investment in developing the capability to deliver the integrated and customised technology solutions today's customers demand," concluded Peres.

The achievement provides CNS access to comprehensive sales, technical training and support from Cisco.
