Mercator, the IT division of Emirates Group has recently signed OzJet as its 150th customer.

The small regional airline, based just outside of Melbourne, is adopting the Mercator Airport Control System (MACS), a passenger check-in system, which keeps up-date with the airport industry. Matthew Payne, general manager of OzJet and Patrick Naef, head of Mercator and divisional senior vice president of IT with Emirates Group signed the contract at a recent ceremony.

Naef said: "Mercator has experienced tremendous growth in the last few years thanks to our popular range of IT solutions for the airline industry."
