Emcor venture into Bahrain with a JV

Emcor Facilities Services Group (EFSG) has signed a joint venture with Bahrain Financial Harbour, Bahrain Financial Harbour Holding Company (BFHHC) and Financial Centre Development Company (FCDC to provide integrated facilities, estate and property management solutions to BFC.

The new company will be called Emcor Facilities Services. Commenting on the recent announcement, Christian Roberts, chief operating officer, EFSG, said:

We are delighted to have entered into the Bahrain market as part of our regional growth strategy, with such a prestigious development company and for such a landmark development, Bahrain Financial Harbour.

Starting with the 250,000m2 financial centre buildings which incorporate the Harbour Towers and Harbour Mall, services will include customer service, operations and maintenance, asset and property management and integrated system solutions.
