CBM & Gisco sign joint venture

Singapore-based FM company, CBM has signed a joint venture with local electro-mechanical company, Gulf Industrial Services Company (GISCO) to provide integrated FM services to projects in the UAE.

Based in Abu Dhabi, the new company called CBM GISCO, is currently applying for its trade license. An office will then be set up.

"CBM GISCO will provide both strategic consultancy and operational delivery services across the full spectrum of facilities management, to assist our customers to focus on their core business," said Khalil Khatib, business and projects development manager, GISCO.

Its shareholders are split two ways, with CBM owning 49% and GISCO owning 51%.

The company is currently in negotiations with clients to land its first prestigious contract.
