Fitness First launches in Bahrain

Fitness First has opened its 11^th club in the Middle East at the Bahrain World Trade Centre in Bahrain.

The 2600m² facility features a fully equipped gym with more than 100 cardiovascular and strength stations, two group exercise studios and an outdoor swimming pool and relaxation area overlooking the Arabian Gulf.

The club will offer a group exercise schedule of 100-plus classes a week, including the Les Mills workouts such as Body Pump, BodyCombat and RPM.

The club has audio visual entertainment throughout, a sauna, a ladies-only private workout zone staffed by female instructors and complimentary facilities in the members lounge such as beverages, internet access and a selection of DVDs.

Members are able to use any of the 530 Fitness First health clubs worldwide.

Next month, the chain is set to open a Fitness First Plus club at Dubai Media City.

Future launches include clubs at Safeer Mall in Sharjah, City Centre Qatar and Localiser Mall in Riyadh, KSA.
