To mark the anniversary of the UAE property's opening, the 674-room Grand Hyatt will be putting on a Grand Classic five-course menu at its Manhattan Grill restaurant, available from April 15 to 30.

The hotel's new general manager Jan Peter van der Ree said: "It is an honour to be a taking over Grand Hyatt Dubai after five successful years.
