The Diplomat Radisson SAS promotes healthy lifestyles in Bahrain

The Diplomat Radisson SAS Hotel Residence & Spa in Bahrain has organised a Healthy Lifestyle Weekend in partnership with Bahrain Specialist Hospital.

To be held from April 18-19, the event will cover the basic principles of exercise, healthy nutrition and relaxation with the aim of offering health club members and guests the chance to kick start a balanced lifestyle.

Director of The Diplomat Spa & Recreation Lotfi Hamrouni said: "These two days will also provide members and guests with a basic introduction to healthy lifestyle changes and assist participants in developing the necessary skills to create a centred and balanced life."

The programme features fitness classes, meditation, exercise competitions, dance classes and kids' activities, as well as consultations and fitness assessments with tests including body fat, blood pressure, lung capacity, blood sugar and physiotherapy check ups.

Seminar topics include: One Stop to Wellness Solutions; Talk to Orthodontics; Cardiologist; Aroma Oil Benefits and Healthy Skin; and Obstetrician and Gynecologist Consultancy.

The activities are complimentary to The Diplomat Spa & Recreation members, but are also open to non-members depending on space.

Special rates on health club memberships and spa treatments will be offered over the course of the weekend.
