The final countdown

The nomination deadline for the first facilities management Middle East Awards has been extended to 18:00 on Thursday 15 May 2008.

facilities management Middle East can also reveal that the prestigious Awards gala dinner evening taking place on 9 June 2008, will be held at the swanky, five star Grosvenor House hotel situated in Dubai Marina.

As the hype surrounding the Awards heightens, the decision to extend the deadline was due to the popular demand of companies and individuals wanting to be included in this exciting event.

There are 15 Awards up for grabs:

Facilities Manager of the year

To be in with a chance of winning one of these awards, all you have to do is log on to www.itp.net/events/fmawards and click on the ‘nomination process' link. Fill out the nomination form and send your power point presentation to the editor, Becca Wilson, by 15 May 2008.

Aimed at celebrating the industry's success stories, steal the spotlight away from the much documented construction industry and recognise and reward those individuals and companies that provide the region with first-class facilities management, the Awards gala dinner is set to be a night to remember.
