Aerovista gets up close and personal

Today the big travel agencies have big plush interiors and nice offices where you wait in comfort, but we go direct to the customers.
So our product people have prepared these packages and our sales people and account managers will go to VIPs, GMs, CEOs and vice presidents at their offices, houses, a coffee shop - wherever they want.
Then we will provide them with information, take details of what they want, arrange it for them and see them off at the airport on the day that they fly.
Dnata Holidays is starting to do this with a home appointments system, but not everybody does it.
Will you offer a bespoke service to your clients?
We will offer our clients a selection of 15 or 20 experiences, which fall under a number of categories, so you're talking about adventure, sport, romance.
If somebody comes and says 'this is not what I want to do; right now I want to do this', that can be done. But, when we meet somebody it is important that they get a sense of what we offer.
So rather than just saying 'what do you want?', we will show them what we can offer them. It's a turnkey solution, and if you are the client we are taking care of, you will be assigned an account person who will organise your entire trip, visa, flights, everything - you just sit back and relax.
What market will this service cater to?
Both expatriates and nationals. In the expatriate group it would be people in upper management, but at the same time there is a considerable group of local people who look for these kinds of packages. So we have people who are bilingual, speaking English and Arabic, maybe even Russian.
What other packages will you offer?
We will have a category called 'Heartbeat', which will be purely for honeymooners.
We will offer destinations like Maldives and Turkey. For example, there's the Turkish Riviera [in southwest Turkey] that is a long way from Istanbul and a completely different kind of set up.
There's a hotel there called Adam and Eve that is purely for young adults who have just married. It's a very exotic place where the mood fits the occasion perfectly and they have an excellent spa services. You could spend three or four days without leaving your hotel.
We will also have relaxation breaks where you can go to a resort to chill out and your kids can do activities. So we will have different experiences and would like to increase the scope slowly.
