Azizi hires design consultants

Dubai-based property developer, Azizi Investments, has contracted three consulting companies including Engineering Consortium, National Engineering Bureau and Dimensions, to design its mixed use developments on Al Furjan and Palm Jebel Ali.

Engineering Consortium will plan all twelve of Azizi's projects at Nakheel's Al Furjan, while the National Engineering Bureau, will design two projects on Palm Jebel Ali. Dubai-based Dimensions will design an undisclosed third project.

The properties will be located on Crescent A of Palm Jebel Ali and detailed plans for both Al Furjan and Palm Jebel Ali developments are expected to be revealed soon. Merwiss Azizi, founder and chairman of Azizi Investments said: "Our decision to go with Engineering Consortium, National Engineering Bureau and Dimensions signifies our progress here in the UAE.

"Azizi Investments now has 21 projects with another 29 expected to be confirmed within the next two months. We will have a total of 1.4 million m² of land and 50 projects under planning and development by the end of 2008." Azizi added.
