Running a small business is a big job. Sometimes, it's the smallest things that matter the most.

One of those is printing solutions. Most of us pay little attention to this - we buy printers, and they print the documents we want them to. And that's it.

If only life was that simple. Getting the right printing solution can make or break your business. The type of solution, the number of printers, the location, the hidden costs, the IT support - all are factors that can change your business for better or worse.

Which is why this month we have teamed up with HP to launch our SMB Makeover Campaign. As part of this, we will help install new printing solutions in a chosen SMB. Over the next few months, we will monitor and report on the progress made.
